Returns & Exchanges
- Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags attached.
- A mandatory unboxing video must be recorded and shared as proof to be eligible for return/refund claims due to damages or defects.
Ineligible Returns
- Innerwear, accessories, and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchange.
- Products that appear used or damaged due to user error will not be accepted.
Exchange Process
- Exchanges can be requested for sizing issues or product defects.
- Subject to stock availability.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
- In case of COD, bank details must be shared by the customer.
Return Pickup
- Reverse pickups are subject to availability of serviceable PIN codes.
- If reverse pickup is not available, the customer must courier the product.
